Stop the Animal Neglect Columbia County, N.Y.
14 Mar 2019

From 2014-present the Animal Cruelty continues at the Thoroughbred Breeding Farm located in Columbia County, N.Y. without any law enforcement, or protection of the abused and neglected horses. The Animal Abuser has plenty of money to buy new Thoroughbreds, while the "other" horses are left starving in the fields. The serial Animal Abuser  purchased five new Thoroughbred horses to "breed" from a sale in Saratoga County spending over $ 17,000 between 2017-2018, as the other horses are intentionally being starving to death. Some of the " non-Thoroughbred" horses drop dead from starvation where they stand, their bodies are left rotting in the fields before they are finally buried weeks The owner often claims the non-Thoroughbred emaciated horses are just "old" or "newly rescued" that's why they are so thin. This owner has been telling this same lie for five years to the authorities, yet the District Attorney's Office have refused to investigate, or prosecute this Animal Cruelty case.

I wonder why this Thoroughbred Breeder located in Columbia County, N.Y. is allowed to torture horses, and other animals without any fear of law enforcement ?

The Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of New York State, and The Honorable Letitia James, New York State Attorney General have been petitioned for their help to stop the animal neglect in Columbia County, New York. We are confident the Governor, and Attorney General will clearly identify the "problem", and direct an independent State Agency to take over this Animal Cruelty investigation, and prosecute the Thoroughbred Farm owner in Columbia County for multiple violations of New York Agriculture and Markets laws which prohibit animal cruelty. They also may want to exhume the bodies of several dead horses and ponies buried in the back field which all died from starvation, not old age.
