Once the horses obtained under false pretense arrive at this "collection site" they are intentionally starved, denied medical care, and the lucky ones are later sold. When the Animal Abuser/Hoarder sells these neglected and abused horses for some quick cash, the horses are often "marketed' by the "Animal Abuser" and a "Network of Buyers" as "rescues". All those using this Thoroughbred Breeding Farm as a "collection site" and profiting off the long term suffering of these horses without filing reports of Animal Neglect violations with the authorities are just as guilty as the Animal Abuser. Some private agencies and elected officials also appear unwilling, unable, or incapable of enforcing the New York State Agriculture & Markets laws against Animal Cruelty at this Thoroughbred Breeding Farm due to several known conflicts of interest.The Public is fed up with all the cronyism, and respectfully requests the assistance of the Honorable Andrew M.
