Thank You very much !  As the temperatures continue drop below 15 degrees in upstate New York, the suffering of the neglected horses and other animals at this farm will only increase as "unfed horses lose weight and lose cold tolerance"  "Horses require more water in the winter. If horses do not drink enough water during cold weather they may eat less and be more prone to colic. If horses eat less feed, they might not have enough energy to tolerate the cold. Water intake maintains a horse's fecal moisture level". Not having adequate shelter for these horses may also impact their ability to sustain the cold weather, in addition to the lack of adequate sustenance and access to "unfrozen" water. An absolute ongoing "torture chamber" for these unfortunate horses, and immediate intervention is required by the authorities supported by an "independent animal welfare organization" and "Veterinarian" overseeing the investigation to end the ongoing Animal Cruelty at this farm.
