STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y. 7,500 supporters !

"Stop the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y" change.org petition has over 7,500 supporters ! THANK YOU very much for all your support, and please keep sharing ! This may be the only way to stop the Animal Neglect of these horses, and other livestock at this farm which is masquerading like a rescue operation. The terrible suffering of these animals has been "continuous" since 2014. It appears Columbia Greene Humane Society has failed at its' mission statement "the protection, humane treatment, and well being of all animals. This mission will be accomplished by our commitment to community outreach, humane education, and "prevention of cruelty to animals"  There has been no prevention of animal cruelty in this case. Despite the efforts of the New York State Troopers, the District Attorney's Office in Columbia County does not appear to have any interest in performing a thorough investigation, filing "any" charges, or prosecuting this serious Animal Abuser. Why ? There are volumes of evidence, eye witness(s) testimony, photos, and expert reports for the prosecution, but it never sees the light of day. Why is that ?
