Homeowners with 6ft privacy fences were notified the week of 17 May 2023 that the HOA has contracted the replacement of said fences with 4ft split rail fences. 

The current fences protect yards from the main road on the other side. At this time many homeowners have small children and grandchildren, some of which are autistic. Many homeowners have dogs.  Our HOA is assuming the risk of liability should any child or animal wander into the road and get injured or die.

Now is the time to act. The HOA board is holding another meeting 09 May 2023 at 6pm and this is our last chance to stop this change and propose a solution.
