Stop the academic Fraud Vincent Vijay Paul

The Issue

The person in question contacted me to start a free online philosophy course to ensure accessibility. With seemingly urgent intentions, I circulated the course forms in academic groups so that people could avail themselves of this facility. After a month of the course being active, with 12 to 13 people attending daily, I began receiving emails from random people claiming that the instructor, Vijay Vincent Paul, owed them money. I was concerned that my email had been leaked to multiple people, infringing on data privacy.

I created the free philosophy group to bridge the gap between financial restrictions and understanding philosophy, which I had lacked in my academic exploration. I value accessibility and fairness in all aspects. However, the instructor later started charging approximately 800 rupees, promising certificates that never materialized. As a result, 12-13 people lost their money. Additionally, this person unprofessionally initiated conversations in the DMs of women, often about their love lives, and solicited them.

He is now threatening many of us, who are pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies, with defamation cases and has falsely dragged me to court. The professor has used his academic privilege and faked the legitimacy of his institution. Several institutions where he previously worked have claimed that he committed monetary fraud.

This petition calls out the inappropriate use of power and threats of defamation against students when this person has taken money under the guise of making the course accessible. In such a competitive academic field, where opportunities are prohibitive and inaccessible, I was lured into this scam and gaslighted into believing it was beneficial. This is a call to action for people to be aware and to preserve academic integrity. The person in question is exploiting the academic platform by luring women and asserting academic superiority.
