It is in the public interest and I challenge the Hon Jillian Skinner to review the policy surrounding the  current mental Health Act.

As  consumers  of the Mental health services at Manly Hospital/Hornsby and other Public Mental Health Hospitals we have established a public forum for complaints which have not been addressed through the health care complaints commission,  adequately. or truthfully by Dr Michael Paton, Dr Kathrine Drew, and Paula James.

 I am petitioning you to investigate Independently serious breaches of abuse on NSW patients. These include Manly hospital, The Extended Hours Team at Manly hospital, Hornsby intensive care.

These include sexual,physical and verbal abuse and suicides. I have lost my job, have been denied ambulance care/psychiatric care and I have been systematically bullied/victimized by senior staff for speaking  out.

We demand another open investigation and are seeking a Royal Commission to have our voices heard. Northern beaches mental health services NSW health has not to date openly nor tranparently answered questions and complaints put to them. It is in the public interest  that Abuse and bullying of patients STOP.
