My final update:

WE DID IT AGAINST ALL ODDS!

(6) voting Orange County Commissioners in opposition to the Lawrence Road rezoning request and (0) voting members in favor of the rezoning request.

As a final sign-off, I just wanted to share with you what I have personally learned along the way:

(i) Get to know your neighbors, extended and beyond. You might be surprised how truly special they may be.

(ii) If you appreciate Hillsborough / Orange County then fight for it. Continue to make it the place you want to live in.

And finally...

(iii) Just simply lookout for one another.

I tried to, as best I could, help out my neighbors but along the way I quickly realized that those very same neighbors were willing to lend far more help to me then I could ever try to provide to them. You joined this cause and, in many cases, showed up to lend more than a hand.

So... my first update on this forum started with the very same image that this will end with and that is a very humble THANK YOU!
