Big update — great momentum, plus we need you tonight!

Lots of positive news coming through today.

First up: Star News is doing a story on us, and we need a photo tonight at 5:45pm near the  bridge/underpass by the creek in the park (best entry points being Essex or the little park on Somerset) ,  We will find a spot along the creek so the site markings are visible in the background. If you support this cause, please come down, families totally welcome we will be there rain or shine! The more people we get in this photo, the more it shows just how many of us are against this. Short notice, I know, but let's get a strong turnout.

Second: we've had a formal letter of objection lodged with Knox Council from Gabrielle Williams' office. We've also heard back from Cr Glen Atwell (Tirhatuan Ward), confirming our letters are coming in and being heard. Momentum is building.

One important correction on dates: the letter residents received listed a cutoff of 3 September (yesterday), but the signs in the park show a date of Monday the 7th. So please keep your objection letters coming in!
