We, the residents of East Meadow, are strongly opposed to the proposed construction of a 2-story building at 1440 Prospect Avenue, East Meadow, NY 11554.

This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is currently zoned for residential use. The proposed development threatens to disrupt the character, safety, and quality of life that our community values and depends on.

Our Concerns:
🚗 Increased traffic and congestion on Prospect Ave and nearby streets
🔇 Noise and disruption to the peaceful residential environment
🚫 Loss of privacy and potential overcrowding
