Stop the "18, age of consent", AI CSAM and child "marriage" legal loopholes!
The Issue
If a child can’t drink till 21, they cannot consent to sex with adults.
For years, many have used the "18, IT'S THE AGE OF CONSENT!" excuse to harm kids. The men harming thesse kids, they're over 30, and have allowed child marriage of 16 and younger to exist. It’s an epidemic of "legal" grooming that needs to stop. The kids dont deserve to go through any of this. Not if they're 18, 17, 16, or 12, and so on so forth.
This is right in America. I dont care if people say "It was only 300,000 children" that's 300,000 too many, especially when the amount of 18 year old kids getting exploited in the porn industry and so on so forth to this very day is far more than that. It's a big societal flaw, a legal loophole, and if the government was actually trying to protect kids, they wouldn't have the age of "consent" be so low, especially when thats far from when the human brain is properly developed enough to consent to a 33 year old, let alone 40, to 50, to 60, and beyond! In fact, the majority of rape towards young girls happens between 17 to 24, a vulnerable time in a girl's age, especially when 18 and younger. Its a horrifyingly common problem in our country, where 18 year olds are expected to "grow up" far past their actual age of 18. Expected to grow up so fast, that they're seen as "legal" to older men.

Its come to a point where the top porngraphy catagory in the ENTIRE United States is TEENAGERS. The majority of the videos involved shows these young girls being trafficked or assaulted by men far older than them, both as skits and as real life crimes towards these young girls.
It's come to a point where there was a creator by the name of Vivienne Medrano, known for the shows Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel, was caught having followed a man named Brock Baker, who attempted to have sex with a 18 year old girl named Jenna Ramirez. The girl cried out for help on Youtube, just to be shunned as "you're an adult, act like it!" When she was NOT an adult. She was only a 18 year old girl, and he was in his MID THIRTIES. Now 40 years old when he got away with doing this, accusing the poor girl of "seducing/coaxing" him when lets be real here, a kid cant "seduce" a older man unless the older man was allegedly into children to begin with. Because that's what 18 year olds and under look like when they dont have piles of makeup on. They look like CHILDREN. Because they ARE children. 18 years old is a KID!
He was a 33 year old man. Its disgustingly normalized to see "age of consent" as a term for men to prey on young to little girls, some ages of "consent" in the world being 14 and younger. A child CANNOT consent, no matter how many times older men and other adults try to call 18 year olds "grown adults" because of these outdated laws. No matter how many older adults say "She's old enough to leave home, be used by older men, have a apartment she can barely bay for." Its wrong, its all wrong! Children dont deserve this!
Then there's the AI CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), where older men use photos of REAL children to make CSAM of REAL kids. I cant even show picture examples or even videos talking about this because its so disturbing. It's not "just fictional" and never will be. Majority of the victims of AI porngraphy online are 18 AND YOUNGER. Just to make things worse, men such as Shadman have been drawing CSAM material for a DECADE now and the only reason why people havent arrested him yet is because our society is so complicit about older men (and other genders) that harm kids! AI uses human faces, it cant create its own human face unless its a cartoon, otherwise the CSAM, which is majority made to look "life-like" is full on CSAM material. This shouldn't be legal! Period! None of this is! This needs to STOP! Please get the government to finally care about the children in a genuine way by getting rid of EVERY SINGLE LAW that involves legal loopholes/flaws such as what has been listed that could harm children mentally or physically in ANY sort of way and that ESPECIALLY includes raising the ages for the age of sexual consent (for those 20 and older, meaning that anyone older than 20 would be able to be with other grown adults while the teenagers consent to other teenagers, the way it should be. ) from 18 to 20 years old, adding Romeo and Juliet laws to all states, getting rid of AI CSAM from online spaces and banning it, and banning child marriage altogether. There are far too many risks to having the age of sex consent as low as 16 or 18 when older adults are far more likely to use the vulnerabilities of said ages to groom or commit statutory rape when if we just raised sexual consent for anyone over 20 to be 20 and older and ONLY 20 so that anyone over the age of 20 cannot sexually take advantage of teenagers or children.
In fact, the frontal lobe where mental development mainly comes from is completely different for a teenager in comparison to 20 and over. Which makes using a teenager for sex when someone is over 20 100% grooming. 18 years old and below should be considered as a minor, while 20 and older is seen as an adult. It is common sense and biology.
Changing the laws to accommodate with new research and technology on how consent works and how the age of the frontal lobe contributes to it, at least lower the amount of grooming if these laws were applied properly and we also taught younger generations that being inappropriately touched by someone older than them is WRONG and that permission should be asked before any touch at all, regardless of intent, that no means no, and that just because somebody doesn’t directly say no doesn’t make it a “yes”, and so on. Help our schools prevent child exploitation and grooming by teaching early on that innapropiate touch isn’t ok and that no means no, even if not directly said such as “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure.”
So with that all said and done: Raise the age of consent when it comes to adults to age 20 since 18 is not an adult and especially not 16 due to frontal lobe differences, that AI CSAM should be illegal, and that child marriage is to be made illegal completely to prevent any chances of child rape that could occur if a man is married to a kid 16 and younger.
