If this application is granted it will encourage other pubs and bars to do the same in other residential areas 

 

 

Many of the residents in this high-density area are workers trying to get a good night's sleep for the next work day, families looking after their children, and elderly individuals who deserve peace and quiet in the twilight of their years. The  noise from customers leaving   at  1:00 AM, six nights a week, will create a life of dissatisfaction for us all. We will lose sleep and our quality of life will be diminished . It's an issue that goes beyond a personal inconvenience – it will affect the entire community. 


This situation calls for restrictions on the operating hours of establishments  in residential areas. Restricting  this sort of establishment to the city centre would be a more suitable solution, sparing our community from the consistent disturbances while allowing the pub to function as it pleases.

We are lodging this petition with the hope of maintaining the peace and tranquillity of our neighbourhood.
