Our school I.S 234 is immediately in dire need of an effective, experienced compassionate, cultural, LEADER who works with the parents and students not against them. Principal Tami Flynns bullying prior history continues the horrific saga.Theres audio of the occurrences between adult and minors inside the Cunningham I.s 234 building. When will it come to an end ? How many more mortified parents?How many more traumatized neglected students? 
How many more victims ? 
Tami Flynn co-signs inappropriate, staff allowing her staff and administration under her wing to perpetuate erratic abnormal behavior towards minors. 

Tami Flynn co-signs failed investigations Science teacher Jessica Librera Flynn allows Jessica Liberea to countless harassing making negative commentary being verbally abusive mental abuse upon minors stating "I don't care" "do you want my job" "this is a you problem not me problem" Jessica Libera went rogue refusing to teach students leaving them to figure it out 80% of students are failing and have failed due to these poor conditions our children face everyday Jessica Librera Implementing fear by clapping hands and stomping feet as forms of intimidation threatening to fail students for personal reasons presenting
contradicting grades,harassment,name calling referring to the students as "3rd graders"yelling and screaming " I am an educator you are not your a student" Projecting her voice while slamming her hands on the desks multiple times dysfunctional temperament outburst during classroom academics.There are too many stories of harassment and documented complaints. The proof is in the pudding the audio files don’t lie there time date stamps even location.Tami Flynn priors of most recently had a parent arrested and now the saga Tami Flynn almost caused 12 year old to commit suicide behind the verbal mental abuse taken place 6-7 hours a day in I.S 234 building. The school will continue to stand  why should these individuals that are strangers continue to have custody of our children ? Why are they getting away with intent to harm innocent children and receive a paycheck to do so ? 
Why are they allowed to nearly cause a 12 year old to attempt to commit suicide behind the verbal and mental abuse charade ? Brooklyn New York is this school or is it jail ? Will it only be over until our children end up dead behind their negligence?
