Hello Pastor Dortha (牧師黃素真女士),
On 10 March 2019, I had the pleasure of meeting you a second time. I specifically asked you for help. I told you that I didn't know what kind of help The Taiwan Lutheran Church is willing, or able, to provide me. I am asking you to help me understand what assistance I am permitted to ask of your church. Normally, this is described in The Articles Of Incorporation of your church. I am certain that you will also find the information that I request in other places as well. As Lutheran church minister, you must be more aware than I could possibly be of assistance that your church is willing to offer a helpless person.
You mentioned that the head office of The Lutheran Church is in Taipei. However, I am in dire need of charitable financial support because I am not currently legally permitted to work (in my profession) as a teacher in Taiwan. Since my money is limited, as is my time, I cannot afford to make a trip to Taipei to ask the board of directors the same question that you should be able to answer.
You have told me that you are not willing to help me understand what kind of help your organization can provide: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vTlfQ8NM3VJBybSx_Q-Y9MWSShG0Z-TA/view?usp=sharing
I am a baptized Lutheran. My mother has financially supported your international organization for several decades.
On 10 March 2019, there was a meeting for new members in your Tainan City location at 701台南市東區長榮路三段1號. I asked if I am permitted to attend the meeting. I thought, perhaps, that I can learn more about the help that your church can offer me at a meeting for new members. I was told that I can attend a future meeting, but not the meeting on 10 March 2019. If you are not willing to speak further with me, then you also do not welcome me to attend a meeting for new members.
The bible specifically says to reconcile differences before involving the court. I do not want to burden the court with another argument; however, your organization is actually legally obligated to help me.
I hope that you will provide me with a detailed list of assistance that the Lutheran organization in Taiwan is willing to provide someone in my situation. I have tried to tell you more about my situation, but it seems you are also not willing to understand how much dire help I require. It is not my fault that I cannot legally work in Taiwan. A series of unfortunate accidents have occurred in my life. I require a lot of support to correct injustices. I have tried to ask the Legal Aid Foundation and The Tainan City Government for help, but both have told me to visit the court. In court, a judge allowed Sesame Street managers to give false testimony in court! When I went back to The Legal Aid Foundation, the representative told me to go to church and ask God for help. This brings me to you. Actually, the representative also provided your address. The kind gentlemen said that he was also a member of this church.
I believe the Legal Aid Foundation Supervisor truly tried to help me. He is a very kind gentleman. He is also a Christian. Therefore, I believe the Holy Spirit led me to you directly. I believe your organization has a moral and legal obligation to help me ensure that a positive international reputation for Taiwan is maintained. If you cannot believe this, then I am happy to provide Criminal Code and Civil Code Articles to a legal representative for The Lutheran Church in court at a later date.
I hope this letter finds you well, and that you are willing to send me a list of assistance your church: a) commonly provides individuals in dire need of financial assistance; and b) the extent to which your church is willing to ensure the international reputation of Taiwan is maintained.
