Dear parents, student’s and members of the Morrisville Community,

I am writing to request justice for my wrongful termination from Morrisville School District. On 05/12/2023, I was terminated from my position due to racism and discrimination.

Despite being a sophomore in college & my hard work and dedication to my job, I was subjected to racial slurs and discriminatory treatment by my superiors. Despite reporting these incidents and seeking help from HR, no action was taken to rectify the situation. Instead, I was fired without any just cause.

This is not just about me, but about the systemic racism and discrimination that exists within our society. It is unacceptable that individuals are being treated unfairly and losing their jobs because of their race. We must take a stand against this injustice and demand change.

I am seeking 

• Reinstatement of my position 
  - A public apology from Morrisville School District for their discriminatory actions 

         - Creation of a diversity committee to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equally
