The careless speeding and costly devastating, hit-and-run’s on our block are getting worse and worse and we need the police and the city to do something about it. I’ve lost a pet and had a car damaged as well as seen a neighbors car damage and totaled with nobody ever stopping to take accountability. I have even had a car come speeding through my yard in the middle of the night!!!! Ridiculous
