We the undersigned strongly object to the development of the solar farm proposed by Bollinger Solar, LLC.  The proposed is to be located at 219 Buena Vista Road, Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania, is located off Reservoir Road, approximately 600 feet west of the intersection of said Road and Buena Vista Road, Franklin Township, Fayette County of Pennsylvania.    This project would be highly visible, would NOT create lasting jobs and WILL have a negative impact on the wildlife, air quality, flooding, property values, health, wellness and safety of our community members.  

We emphatically believe our solar farm does NOT belong in our rural community on land that zoned “A-1” Agricultural-Rural and “B1” General Business .  PLEASE HELP US SEND A MESSAGE TO OUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS THAT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THE CONSTITUENTS OF FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP.
