Family court needs to change. Currently it's a 50/50 decision and takes so little to be swayed as guilty. Too many families are having a detrimental effect on their lives due to being wrongly accused and this needs to change. Families shouldn't be destroyed based on a 1% basis on whether parents are guilty or not. Family court should change and be dealt with by crown Court instead for a more accurate outcome
