My name is Christina Ligon and I'm writing this petition in hopes for change because sex offenders who violate the sex offender regestry over and over again poses a threat to everyone in society and it affects everyone in this state. There is no excuse for an offender to keep on violating the sex offender regestry unless they have something to hide and it's scary for everyone in are community.
