Cobalt (Co) can harm the eyes, skin, heart, and lungs. Exposure to cobalt may cause cancer. Workers may be harmed from exposure to cobalt and cobalt-containing products.
The total risk from these chemicals ranges from an increased cancer risk of 1 case in 1,000,000 to 8 cases in 10,000.
