Schools & school districts have used DCYF as a strong hand attempt to scare parents into stop fighting for special needs accommodations for their children.  This has caused Schools & school districts to use DCYF inappropriately using tax payers dollars to investigate a large amount of falsified reports due to Schools not being transparent, accommodating and not communicating properly with parents.  I would like to bring this petition to Govenor Sununu & Maggie Hassan to have this stop.  Fight for change for special needs families in this state and have laws change that they cannot abuse us families anymore with other governmental entities.  It is wrong that there are no legal reprocussions for these falsified reports.  Fight for change for better education for special needs & laws for falsified reports to be changed so those who fall victim of falsified reports can seek legal action to restore their names & reputations ruined by Schools that do not want to provide services.  Fight for special needs change.
