Frequent 911 calls at Sanger West High School. It Seems there has been reports of Many 911 calls at sanger west high school due to medical issues with Staff. The Stress has been overwhelming for staff as leadership with very little experience makes changes effecting student learning.

It has been rumored the AP in question after yelling at staff member refused to dial 911 forcing other employees to come to the aide of employee. This should be looked into not covered up by other admin not wanting to admit they are in over their head. DO BETTER!

It has come to my attention that the environment at Sanger West High School has become one of fear and distress. The workplace is toxic and hostile, with no relief in sight for its employees.

Many staff members feel unable to report misconduct by certain administrators, as they fear retaliation and worsening conditions. There is a sense of powerlessness, as those who speak up are often met with reprimands, and any attempts to escalate the issue to higher administration are ignored or dismissed. Even the idea of involving a union representative is too daunting for many.

In this environment, the only option seems to be waiting for the contract to end, though even that feels futile. It is heartbreaking, because the ones who truly suffer in this situation are the students. The administration should be ashamed of allowing this atmosphere to persist. It's time to do the right thing: conduct a thorough investigation, hold wrongdoers accountable, and make meaningful changes. ITS TIME TO DO BETTER!
