The women who enter RCC have never felt safe nor heard at this Center. They beg for everyday supplies such as tissue, deodorant, clean shower curtains as well as effective leadership. No successful Active Exit Plan for the women. However, this particular center receives tons of donations. The entire Staff plays (Mind Games) with the clients. So the ladies never get a real chance. The staff violates these ladies privacy. Exploiting/Recording/Recruit these ladies. When they are trying to better themselves. This is a DV shelter, that houses 94% of drug users, mental illness patients and homelessness. Which trumps the needs of the actual Abused Victims. Rosa Salinas is the Executive Director. Who favors and caters to Mexican culture only. The white and brown ladies are looked at as aggressive. The treatment programs at this facility are not mandatory. None of these ladies receive any real help. This center gets paid for each head that comes in the center. Once they profit off the ladies. They throw them back on the streets before their exit date. The STAFF/CLIENTS are afraid to lose Job/Exit if they speak up against Rosa Salinas. This facility is not a safe place and is being run by money hungry sadistic cult like groups. Let’s get these women the help they need and stop ladies like Rosa Salinas from abusing her power and making these ladies feel guilty for seeking help at RCC.
