In Puerto Rico, some roosters are raised to fight in "cock fights". The roosters end up fighting other roosters, until one of them is tired, or in some cases, some end up dead. 

It is clear that the government doesn't care for these animals. They won't stop this cruelty because a percent of wagers made in these fights goes to the government.

 Roosters don't belong in fights. Write a letter to the government and make them realize this is wrong.
