I’m an older American when younger and had not yet achieved homeownership, had many wonderful landlords or aka property managers. In hindsight I’ve been extremely fortunate that I never one time encountered a professional in the field who bypassed the laws that are in place to protect their tenants. Fast forward to selling a home then being stuck waiting to purchase another one.  It was prudent of me to find a temporary place as I wait, which I did in Town Center apartments of Mountain Home ID 83647.  Things were ok at the Town Center apartments until…..Nathan Fowler of NJF Properties LLC was hired on.  Unfortunately Nathan thumbs his nose at those pesky landlord tenant laws at least in my opinion, and I’m here to share my story.  

Based exclusively on my experience, Nathan J Fowler of Mountain Home ID 83647 is a bully who will stop at nothing to get his way.   I personally will never understand when I asked for a hard copy of my lease how he absolutely refused to provide it.  Instead we have traveled down a dangerous road together that most definitely will end up before a judge because Nathan Fowler continues to scoff at warnings of the inevitable as if he’s purposely mocking me. 

He’s acted in a very alarming manner to create a hostile environment, but because he has negative reviews removed, we don’t really know who Nathan J Fowler really is.  

THEREFORE 

Will the true Nathan Fowler please come forward!!!  If you have had an alarming experience with this rogue property manager like I have could you please contact this petition so we can finally shine a light on the actual person of Nathan J Fowler?

It’s been my experience that businesses who have “real” negative reviews removed typically are NOT on the up and up.  Have you written a review online about NJF Properties of Mountain Home ID only to find your truth was instantly squelched?  Me too, and I felt robbed in a way because it was important for me to raise the concern I had with him when he very negligently transmitted my personal information in a hostile and dangerous manner. Yes, as if he had absolutely no regard for my personal safety. 

More to come later, but please even if it was a few years ago if you too have encountered the hostile demeanor of Nathan Fowler exclusively in his role of property manager please consider joining this cause!  

Once we are successful at this petition it’s my intent to start up another petition to demand that the State of ID REQUIRE LICENSES FOR ALL PROPERTY MANAGERS. Something they don’t do now to my utter horror because I’m guessing there are many little napoleon complex type guys running around with a big head drunk on power, exactly like Nathan J Fowler, again I’m speaking from opinion and personal experience.
