Scalping, while it’s illegal in 16 states, these laws don’t cover internet sales. Which is how tickets are sold for everything anymore.

It’s time to put an end to it. The best way is to change one simple thing, to only be able to sell tickets at their original price.

Large companies, and small buyers, will buy everything they can for popular events, then immediately re-list the tickets at even more than 3 times the original value. Lining their pockets, causing those with a little extra spending money to be unable to pay the outrageous costs. 

If we make a change, make it illegal to sell tickets for more than what’s paid, tickets can again be available to those who wish to see their favorite artists, bands, comedians, sports events, etc.
