Hello,
I'd appreciate it if you could participate in this quick survey to strengthen our argument against the Government on this issue.
Please click here to fill it out.
I'm pleased to report that there have been some positive developments. In the last month, we've won the right to have a full Judicial Review (date tbc) and the Home Office have acknowledged that they couldn't move anyone into the site until October at earliest.
They haven't given up on their plans for Scampton, but they are starting to unravel. I estimate that they will cost at least £50 million and am challenging the Conservatives' refusal to disclose the costs with the Information Commissioner.
The battle continues, but we won't rest.
Again, we'd appreciate it if you could complete this survey, which takes less than two minutes, so we can continue to show the Government how strongly people feel about this issue.
Thank you for all of your support so far.
Best wishes,
Hamish
