This quiet part of town has always prided itself on its close-knit bonds and supportive atmosphere. However, the proposed development of a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) threatens to disrupt this harmony.

HMOs, often designed to accommodate numerous occupants within a single property, can radically alter the character of a neighborhood. These developments can lead to increased traffic, noise, violence and demand on local services. For us , which thrives on its tranquility and community spirit, such changes could be detrimental.

Families fear for the safety of their children playing outside, elderly residents worry about the increased congestion on streets and not being safe. Also everyone  is concerned about the potential strain local amenities like healthcare and education.

Historically, similar projects have led to houses decreasing . We must protect the integrity of our beloved community and ensure it remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone who calls it home.
