Former president Donald Trump is currently winning the election, and if he wins, it means trouble for women and members of the LGBTQ+ Community. Not only would he ban abortion, but he would make life so damn hard for LGBTQ+ people. First, he would ban trans people from the military, and have Congress refer to people as she or he, nothing else. Second, he would cause companies to make work for LGBTQ+ people a pain in the ass with more descrimination. Third, he will rescind healthcare protection for trans people. Finally, many children, teens, and adults are still afraid of coming out. If Donald Trump wins, and goes through with this, the levels of discrimination in the US will go up, and it will be scary for LGBTQ+ people, like myself who is lesbian, asexual and agender, to come out. 

The criteria that are at stake are vital. An estimated 47% of the US Military are transgender. With Donald Trump being the person that he is, he will remove them from the workforce. Also, Donald Trump will try to stop any acceptance of trans or other LGBTQ+ people. That includes young children who could be as little as 10. Finally, he has started a plan to convince Congress to only take knowledge of straight marrige between a man and a woman. He would cut every bit of diversity from legislation and from Federal Agencies. He would also attemt to add the education of being racist into certain school programs. With Donald Trump winning the election, and him being able to ignore congressional overisight, stopping project 2025 is the only way to protect our youth LGBTQ+. Along with all of this, he would even go as far to send young children to conversion therapy, where they would be tortured to the point where many homosexuals have committed suicide. From the word of multiple counselors at this camp, they believe it is better for queer children to be dead or tortured than be anything close to queer. 

Now is the time to act. The final election is in November, which means we have roughly 90 days. We need to join together to stop Donald Trump from endangering our LGBTQ+ peers, and our African American friends who would suffer from more racisim then before. Also, to keep abortion. If a young girl gets raped, she should be able to end her pregnancy.  If Trump becomes president, life would be scary for children who are gay, or have been raped. Join me in stopping Donald Trump from hurting our community.
