I'm a resident of Louisville, Kentucky, a voter, and a proud taxpayer. It has come to my attention that Project 2025 is poised to be implemented in our beloved state after this November’s election, should Constitutional Amendment 2 pass, REGARDLESS of who wins the Presidential election! According to reliable data, multiple similar projects across the country have resulted in displacement of communities, rise in cost of living, and destruction of public schools. The nature of Project 2025 raises concerns that these same issues may occur in Kentucky, transforming our home state into a place unrecognizable to those who have loved and nurtured it for generations. For the sake of our community, I plead with all stakeholders and decision-makers to unite to Stop Project 2025 in KY, weigh its potential impacts, understand its long-term implications, and, most importantly, to involve the local community in these conversations. Louisville belongs to its people. We deserve to have a say in what becomes of our home. I implore you all, my fellow Kentucky voters, join me in this endeavor. Let's ensure our voices are heard.
