I came across Roll Call Number Agenda Item Number 43 Date January 14, 2019 - which was a request from Alex Hoopes to speak with Des Moines City Council regarding predatory towing (Click on link below to access that entire document).  This is highly disturbing to learn that council members have already been informed about Crow Tow and the predatory towing they engage in that is illegal in most states. Des Moines City Council has awarded the contract to Crow Tow - AFTER being advised by Alex of the possible crimes committed against him. We won't stand for this so get everyone you know to sign this petition.
