I posted on Facebook that this petition was started less than 24 hrs ago and already has almost 300 signatures. Thank you everyone who has has signed so far and please continue to share and get the word out. I have just mailed out FOIA requests pursuant to the Iowa Open Records law requesting the total number of calls regarding Crow Tow in the last 3 years as well as any and all complaints of crime committed by Crow Tow since they took over the contract in 2009 though at this point I think enough have already commented on the petition to substantiate the petition claims. If you have been a victim of a crime committed by Crow Tow please leave a comment on the petition so members of the city council can contact you if they have further questions. For so long Crow Tow has acted above the law- believing we couldn’t do anything to stop him- remember you can make a difference.
