I, like many others in West Carrollton, Ohio, rely heavily on the UPS customer counter located at 209 South Alex. It's not just a convenience; it's a necessity for both personal and professional reasons. When I'm not at work, this counter is my go-to place for sending out packages or picking up deliveries. And I know I'm not alone - many residents living nearby depend on it too.

The problem is that there isn't another UPS store within an 18-25 minute drive from West Carrollton - and that's on a good day. This means that if our local customer counter closes down, we'll be left with no convenient options to access essential postal services.
