On Wednesday at 11:26AM Nick Waller was cornered by police. One officer took him by his hands and slammed him against the front of the car and held his wrist tightly together until they turned white, then they cuffed Nick. The police proceeded to grab him by the throat and launch him into the car when they were done belittling me and him. Not only did the police not read him his Miranda rights, but he is only 14 and disabled. No grown man should be grasping a 14-year-old autistic kid by the throat and throwing him. Especially since we were not caught in the act of any crime, we were simply sitting at a bus stop.When I went to the police station and told them about the brutality, they told me I was delusional and that is not what happened, although I saw it with my own two eyes. Don't let Fillmore and Ventura police department get away with this because it's sad and repulsive.
