As you may have noticed, Plaza Auto Mall has slowly been taking over Nostrand Avenue for years. Recently, however, they have sped up the pace of their occupation.

We are losing all our pharmacies, restaurants, and other shops. 

It's gotten so you can't walk or drive on Nostrand Avenue in the vicinity of Plaza Auto Mall without risking being run over by an employee of the dealerships. 

The constant noise, traffic, and construction is ruining our quality of life.

Our property values are falling due to the ever-spreading commercialization of the neighborhood, and in general it's just not pleasant to live here anymore.
