I was treated unkindly without integrity as if I am without independence without constitutional right or bill of rights violating my 4th and 14th amendment as a (Alien)under the Alien law  and caused very much spiritual conflict from the people who conquered this land and set codes and legislation along with state of representative state senate the United States government and commission of judicial conduct doing business and associations with judges who dealt with genocide in Rwanda as well as crimes against humanity with DHS and justice system running a legal kidnapping human trafficking ring with children torturing physiologically mentally and physically as well as abusing children during such a difficult time for my children and I to be facing there was no compassion or any kind of empathy towards my concerns as a mother . I am aware that this system is full over 500,000 children are in the hands of elite predators who must come down this is very sad to see in this nation full of Aliens some illegal many legal so many parents and children suffering in such a way . My children are both in DCS custody since 4/4/23 because of a accidental overdose which I have had no one even try to help me cope with after seeing my son die in my arms and then to be snatched away by what now seems to be Elite predators . I do not use any drugs or any sort and have been complaint with all the request from DCS in hopes of seeing my children yet still have not had a successful visit since they were kidnapped from me I had a visit 5/2/23 my son had on RED finger nail polish I explained it was against my beliefs and cultural beliefs as well for him to be in activities for girls yet they put him in gymnastics which I didn't approve of yet nobody has spoken to me about either my other visits were 5/10/23 6/12/23 and 7/12/2023 on my last visit I haven't seen them in a month they are both in seperate homes my children looked unrecognizable my 3 yr old son was empty he was as if he had not been loved since he left me he was not happy he was broken I know my children I birthed them and know them better than anyone . In this time I've done research on her and found she has had ties in Rwanda Genocide as well as being on a Judges wall of Shame along with colleagues of hers in the same jurisdiction being investigated for human trafficking as child ring

ORR's Unaccompanied Alien Children Program began in 2003 and housed fewer than 8,000 children per year through 2011.[3] Significant increases in the population occurred during crises in 2014, 2016, 2019, and 2020–21 all driven by a surge in unaccompanied migrants fleeing violence and poverty in the Northern Triangle of Central America.[3][8][9] In fiscal year 2018, 49,100 children were referred to the UAC program, an average of 135 per day.[3] This rate has since increased, and reached 287 daily referrals in April 2019.[3] In April 2019, an average of 12,587 children were housed in the program, which then had a capacity of 14,363 beds.[3] In April 2021, amid a renewed surge in unaccompanied minor migrants, more than 17,000 children were housed in HHS shelters, a number above the department's capacity.[9]

 

 

 

Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), an agency of the Department of Homeland Security, holds unaccompanied children after their initial arrest. CBP is legally obligated to refer them to the ORR's UAC program within 72 hours, but in 2019, such children are being for weeks or months in CBP custody.[10] On June 13, 2019, the government reported that 2,081 UAC were held by the CBP;[10] in late June, a CBP official stated that the number had been reduced to less than 1,000.[11]
