Welcome to Artists & People Against OneMusic Australia. (APAMA.Inc)

We are a group of Artists, Writers, Labels, Publishers, Promoters, Club Owners, Venue Owners, Bars, Sporting Venues, Sporting Clubs, Gyms and Copywrite Owners who have been working together for several years to try and gain transparency around the conduct and actions around revenue of OneMusic (Formerly APRA & PPCA). We are individuals who have never been paid with transparency or clarity, have been demanded money from OneMusic via legal threats, legally threaten to sign licenses without transparency and finally have asked many questions on transparency that have gone unanswered around payments for artists music works, labels, streaming,  publishing and writing credits or ownership. We have been exchanging information and behaviours we have all had as individuals with OneMusic and PPCA to build a huge case against the injustice, misinformation, lies and corruption of the system OneMusic operates under.

Our Goal is to bring all the information we have built, plus more to the ACCC and other Government bodies on OneMusic so we as individuals in many sectors of the music industry get the clarity we deserve. It's  widely regarded that OneMusic only take care of big players and use "Legal Abuse" to punish hundreds of businesses millions and millions of dollars of the back of our rights then pay us nothing. Together we can work together to exchange information on their conduct and expose the floors on their  information. 

HOW YOU CAN HELP VIA INFORMATION EXCHANGE

ARTISTS - LABEL OWNERS - WRITERS - PUBLISHERS - WE NEED YOU!

• Many individuals have submitted their statements from not only APRA & PPCA but also streaming service revenue services such as FUGA and more. THIS information is vital when we all talk together as a unit to compare information
• Any correspondence with APRA & PPCA dating back as far as possible 
• Any personal situation that you feel need raising or a voice
• Claims of APRA OR PPCA Owning Your Rights as artists or labels or writers when not registered with the bodies (We have had hundreds of these presented)
• Use of your works or rights in legal cases without knowledge or consent 
• Misspelling of Tracks or writer credits 

BUSINESS OWNERS THAT REQUIRED LICENSES - VENUE OWNERS, GYMS, CAFES, FESTIVAL PROMOTERS, CLUB PROMOTERS , CLUB OWNERS , RETAIL SHOPS, KAROKE BARS  - WE NEED YOU!

• All correspondences with OneMusic or APRA or PPCA. From emails to legals. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
• Any Behaviours from OneMusic or APRA or PPCA you have that breaches ACCC rules or feels like bullying via legal abuse 
• Rates Charged for your license 

APAMA has been building in detailed cases for many years but now we need even more public support. All information shared will be signed under NDA's. Many of us are paid absolutely nothing or charged a fortune without any transparency. So we all have nothing to lose by simply asking for what is fair and transparent. Many businesses are attacked from a predatory angle by Onemusic. From the accounts and individual information collected thus far, OneMusic  breaches many laws and misuses the legal system. Onemusic gives no transparency to businesses and then no transparency to the artists/writers/labels while collecting millions of dollars on the artists behalf.
