My daughter was molested by a close family member. He was 15, 16 and 17 when this occured. My daughter was 4, 5 and 6 when he did this to her. He also raped another one of his cousins that was younger then him and because there is no law against minor on minor rape or molestation he cannot be tried for these offenses and for that reason I am starting a petition against this. We need to stop minor on minor molestation and rape. Just because these are dealing with children does not mean they don't matter. Just because someone is under the age of 17 doesn't mean they don't know better. He knew better, he knew what he was doing and he groomed them. So we need to stand up against the sickness and we need to make a law against this in Indiana because there is no law against it. So if we can change this law these 17-year-olds can be charged for ruining the lives of these little girls. They need to be held accountable for what they did instead of just getting away with it because this is a perversion that continues on into the later years of their life. He will not stop he will molest another little girl and the same goes for other perpetrators like him there needs to be repercussions, there needs to be a law. Stand up for these little kids and sign this petition give them a voice because they do not have one! Right now he is able to walk the streets free to ruin another little life.
