Melvin Lopez-Ostorga, is a 22 year old man who is just trying to live a life here in the United States of America. He is a hard-working and very loyal man, who stays away from drugs, alcohol and any type of crime. He is by far the nicest person I have ever met and would do anything for anyone. He left his country of El Salvador at a young age. He left because of the gang violence that was and STILL IS going on today. On July 22, 2010, Melvin and his fiance' were pulled over for speeding. He was taken in because he "matched the description of someone that was wanted". Unfortunately, it was him. It was a warrant for deportation which he had no clue existed. Now as of yesterday, August 22, 2010, he has been in jail for a month. All he wants is to live his life with his family, friends and fiance'. He knows coming here illegally was wrong and he is willing to do anything to stay he. He doesn't cause any harm to anyone. So please help in the fight to safe his life, cause sad to say but if he gets sent back he might not survive too long.
