In the State of Wisconsin, Medicaid is requiring for people to pay for the benefits. Many of whom have little to no income. This is causing a greater strain on families and individuals. If you are not able to pay the "premium" they will drop you from Medicaid all together. Which leads to cancelation of doctor appointments. And, if an individual misses three appointments, they will be dropped by the doctor.

At the rate this is going, many people who need the benefit will lose their health insurance. The only thing that DHS will say is to utilize the Healthcare Marketplace. And, everybody knows that there is a "premium" for that as well. I'm not sure if this something happening across the nation. But, it must be stopped before it starts killing people. 

Please take the time to sign this and let our government know that we will not allow American citizens be denied proper medical care because they want to make money of the backs of the poor and disabled. If the tables were turned, those responsible for this would be crying for change. Since they are in charge, they don't care about anyone who is in need of help.

I'm not sure if other states are doing this. But, if we allow one state to get away with it, it will become a "standard". Our poor and underprivileged should not be treated like this. No American citizen deserves to be treated like they are in a third world country because the state they reside in would rather cater to the upper class. The United States Constitution clearly states that "All men are created equal". Yet, our government refuses to abide by our Constitution.
