The use of manual traffic control and direction (traffic police) during rush hour had significantly and negatively impacted the northbound KESAS traffic flow from Klang/Kota Kemuning/Shah Alam to Subang at KESAS Exit 501

A simple exit from KESAS to Subang had increased from 10 minutes to 30-45 minutes. This is caused by manual traffic control prioritising the traffic flow from USJ to Subang and limiting the free flow of KESAS traffic into Subang. 

We, the undersigned, respectfully request for the following:

(1) immediately suspend the use of manual traffic control and directions and stop restricting traffic flow from KESAS to Subang 

(2) place traffic cones at the turn out to prevent queue jumping at the exit. Errant traffic coming in from 4th lane not only exacerbated the traffic woes but also posed traffic accident risks for cars driving at high speed heading to Sunway

(3) initiate traffic study for long term solution that can amicably resolve the traffic woe residents both from Klang/Kota Kemuning/Shah Alam and USJ
