Stop mandatory Fetch Package Delivery at our apartment community

Stop mandatory Fetch Package Delivery at our apartment community
The Issue
Living in our close-knit apartment community has always been a source of pride and comfort for us, the residents. We cherish the convenience, security, and the personal connections we have built over time. However, the recent mandatory implementation of the Fetch package delivery system is causing significant distress among us.
Many residents, including myself, are concerned about the potential hurdles posed by this system. Packages that were previously delivered directly and promptly to the package room will now be subjected to frustrating delays. The inconvenience of having to coordinate with a third party for our deliveries will not only increase the effort put forth by residents to obtain packages but also undermine the sense of security we felt by having our parcels delivered promptly to a secure and monitored location.
Moreover, the Fetch system raises increased concerns about theft. Previously, we had the assurance that packages left in the package room were safe. Now, with parcels being left in the hallway without cameras, the risk of theft or loss has become a significant worry.
Furthermore, the reliability of Fetch has been reported inconsistent at best. Instances of packages being lost, misdelivered, or delayed have been reported repeatedly in reviews. This not only compromises the convenience upon which we relied, but poses a challenge to those residents who may have mobility issues or busy schedules.
We believe that residents deserve the choice to opt-out from systems that do not cater to their needs and preferences. We, therefore, call on the management of our apartment community to reconsider the imposition of the Fetch delivery system and instead offer residents the flexibility to choose more reliable and convenient delivery methods that respect our comfort and safety.
Please join us in urging our apartment management to halt the mandatory usage of the Fetch package delivery system. By signing this petition, you support a community-driven solution that reinstates efficient, secure, and direct deliveries to our homes. Together, we can preserve the aspects of our community that we hold dear. Sign this petition to help us bring back control to our apartment deliveries.
