STOP Liberty Gardens 2024: Southampton County Road 39 OVER-Development

STOP Liberty Gardens 2024: Southampton County Road 39 OVER-Development
The Issue
The proposed Liberty Gardens development on County Road 39 threatens to overburden our local infrastructure, increase traffic congestion, remove woodlands and disrupt the character of Southampton. We urge the Town Board to reject the project this June.
CR39 is already facing traffic issues, with average daily vehicle counts in the tens of thousands. The addition of a large-scale development will exacerbate these problems and increase risk of accidents. We must protect our community from unsustainable growth. Please sign this petition to oppose the Liberty Gardens project and preserve the quality of life on the East End.
