Stop letting teachers make students feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in a safe enclosure

The Issue

My name is Christavia Gibbs from Nimitz middle School in Odessa, Texas. I was inside my art class doing a word search. The teacher came up to me with a paint brayer (roller) saying " Bet you I'll do it" repeatedly. I said " Do it" I thought she was playing but her face expression did not show it. In this class we don't talk or even do any fun activities ever. She then rolled the paint roller on my face and I grabbed all my belongings and got a safe distance away from her because now I felt uncomfortable and humiliated. I said " Your wrong for doing that" she said " I don't care don't make a big deal about it" I said "call the ap because I'm about to leave your class" she said " You don't tell me what to do little girl" and I said " You won't call the ap because you know your wrong" She said " I'm not about to get threatened in my class" and she got a referral another teacher came out saying " Like James brown said talking stuff but won't do nothing" and he kept saying that trying to instigate the little argument that we are having. I then stayed quiet until the end of class. I went straight to the office and reported it and when my classmate and Me are writing our statement ; she was was look through the ap's door and peeping around the corner. Which made my classmate and me very uncomfortable and we had to be moved into the main office. If the teacher does not have a consequence or is terminated it will make me also feel that me as a human being do not have fair rights because if I being a black female did what she did I would probably be in juvenile or suspended. This is the time to act because it seems like the administrators are not making a big deal about it just think what if this happens to your child or family members. I've also being feeling really bad because she is telling all of her classes that she isn't going to get in trouble or she didn't do anything wrong and other students are coming up to me saying " Are you the girl that got paint on her face" and the principal told me don't talk about it to anyone except family members. She gets to downgrade me Infront of classes and I'm not even there to defend myself. Please help me bring this to the administrators attention.
