Dear Residents of Lockwood Close and 

Boughton Green Road.

The main concern of Krates opening 24hrs is the noise pollution and possible anti-social behaviour that could happen after 1am on Friday and Saturday nights especially as it will be one of the only places in Kingsthorpe to purchase alcohol and tobacco products after 1am.

The people living in Lockwood Close already suffer customers using the close to turn around until 1am with music playing loudly and no consideration for residents, this also affects those on Boughton Green Road when they park outside with the engine running. “This can now happen ALL night into the morning!”

Traffic and illegal parking is already an issue and not sure how many residents of Lockwood Close or surrounding areas need these services between 1am and 6am in the morning.
