Stop Lasership from delivering Nike packages

The Issue

It all began last year when i ordered an item last year from the Nike app. When i was waiting for my package (at home) i noticed it went from out for delivery to “delivered”. Underneath the “delivered” showed a photo of my package however in front of a door on the seventh floor when I live on the first floor. (First red flag) The following day I sat down with the superintendent of the building and we reviewed the cameras and the result was that one of the delivery guys from lasership stole my package. He entered the building went down to the first floor and even asked the porter where the seventh floor was and he went upstairs taking the elevator. Arriving to the seventh floor he placed the package on the floor in front of the door on the seventh floor he picks it back up and puts it into his armpit under a bigger package to hide it. He then takes the stairs stops at the fifth floor places the package inside the bigger package and continues to leave. Never did he come to my door, rang my bell or knocked. 

Recently May 29th 2023 i was expecting my package to be delivered, it said out for delivery then by 5pm it said exception. Again, i was home and the same thing happened , Tuesday through Friday. Today June 2nd 2023 I came across the delivery man that was around during the last incident and he said he didn’t have my package. After asking him for his name and number he calls me back a minute later stating that he has my packages and five minutes later he brings them to me. ALL THREE PACKAGES WERE TAMPERED WITH one shoe was the wrong shoe, the other sneakers were inserted the wrong way. 

the point of this is that if you do research, a lot of people, consumers, have been effected with the same thing. My goal is to reach NIKE’s attention because they have not made any decisions to cut ties with Lasership. NIKE goal is to always innovate and this should be one way. 

Lastly, lasership has terrible customer service in retrieving information and communicating with drivers , workers etc. 

  1. Their hotline asks for the tracking number, gives you the info then says track another package and exit.
  2. Their agents repeat the same “copy and paste” method of messages.
  3. The number on their “ontrac” website pulls up a busy tone.
  4. The numbers to their warehouse and offices do not pick up their phone.
  5. Lasership/Ontrac doesn’t have any email address you can reach. They do have a submit a complaint report section but i haven’t received a response.
