It’s been over a year since COVID restrictions lifted, but an our Ontario Landlord Tenant Board are still struggling to solve court cases. Which almost taking 7 to 10 months. Which leave the landlord suffering Financially and Mentally due to not receiving rents, but continue paying mortgages insurances, repairs, taxes etc. for the property from own pocket. And Tenants are well aware of delaying court dates, and they are misusing the system, which makes landlord and his/her family suffering. Provincial and Federal Government doesn’t have done any help to protect Landlord. 
Even after 7-10 months court dates in takes 3 to 4 months to evict tenants, which leaves literally tens of thousands of dollars due towards the tenant. And Landlord will never ever recover those from Tenants who have no work history, and they have no earnings, and lives on Government support forever. 

We request government to make the process faster as possible not more than 1 month of court date after application, to protect Landlords, Tenants and to Protect our Court systems getting untrustworthy.
