Stop Labour Government increasing migration to the UK and put the British needs first!
The Issue
We, the undersigned, oppose any proposal to increase migration to the United Kingdom while our country is already facing severe pressures on housing, healthcare, education, and other essential public services.
The United Kingdom is an island with finite land, finite resources, and limited capacity. Every year, demand for homes, GP appointments, hospital treatment, school places, and local authority services continues to rise. We believe the Government's priority should be to improve these services for the people who already live here.
Thousands of people in Britain are homeless, many families are waiting years for suitable housing, and far too many military veterans who have served this country are struggling to access the support they deserve. We believe these issues should be addressed before any policies are introduced that would place further demand on already overstretched public services.
We therefore call on the Government to:
Prioritise housing for people already living in the UK, including homeless individuals and military veterans.
Invest in the NHS, education, policing, and local councils so existing residents receive the services they need.
Put the people of the United Kingdom first when making decisions about public spending, housing, infrastructure, and essential services.
The people of the United Kingdom deserve to come first. We ask Parliament to reject policies that would place additional pressure on our country's limited resources until the needs of those already living here have been properly met.
