A number of companies perform tests of their products on rodents prior to release for usage on humans. This can be viewed as animal cruelty, and needs to stop. Instead of involuntarily making the animal take substances that may be poisonous, allow volunteers to take it instead, as certain vaccines are tested. Or, as an alternative, companies can create a substitute of a human's skin and body functions to test on instead. A production facility that has started taking action in this field are companies which manufacture face masks. On many of their labels, it is stated, "Not tested on animals."
