This may be a long shot but I am amongst a group of 190 others of which I know of who have been scammed by The Dental Experts run by Karim/ Kareem Guirguis. He changes his name frequently and is well known within the community for scamming people.

He has opened and closed many companies in order to try and scam as many people as possible and 190 are the people which I have contact with, im sure there are thousands of others. He is suspended indefinitely from practising by the general dental council and the dental experts is no longer registered with the GDC which means it is illegal for him to still be trading. I have heaps and heaps of proof he is.

Police are not helping as they say its a civil matter and to seek help from a solicitor but when a company is in liquidation this is extremely hard and costly. 

He has threatened to turn up at my house, been extremely rude and unprofessional and not provided the service/ product I paid 4.7k for. I gave multiple chances to rectify, was cancelled on multiple times and then called and told to forget about my money or any chance of an appointment.

He takes money via several bank accounts

TDE, The Dental Experts, HGV Training LTD, WHG UK LTD and the list is endless.

He promised me a 50% refund if i went to the clinic and signed a document proving I was happy with the service provided and would not take further action, this just proves that everything's a scam! I know my money is probably gone forever but I cannot bare that he is doing this to more and more people each day, taking their money and not giving them what they paid for, ruining their teeth and then refusing to refund. Help me stop him and put him where he belongs, in prison!
